On September 26 in Takamatsu, the Kagawa Prefectural Labor Commission held an outreach lecture at Anabuki Business College to equip students planning to work in Japan with essential knowledge, including workers' compensation, unemployment insurance, and harassment prevention. Fifty-four students who are set to start jobs in spring 2026 attended, and a representative from the Kagawa Employers Association explained the rights and duties arising from employment contracts and from the insurance programs, stressing practical steps to stay informed and prepared.
